How do I install fonts on my computer?
Installation for Windows:
+ Open the Control Panel by using the Search bar in the Start menu and choose “Fonts”
+ Open the folder containing your Free fonts
+ Select the font files you want to install
+ Drag them to “Fonts” and drop them anywhere
Installation for macOS:
+ Go ahead and open Finder > Applications > Font Book
+ Open the folder containing your Free fonts
+ Select the font files you want to install
+ Drag the font files to Font Book and drop them on top of the font list
Can I use your fonts in logos?
Yes. You can use free fonts in logos for personal and commercial use. Also, we would love to see your work. If possible please tag us on social media or send your designs for a chance to get featured.
What are OpenType features?
OpenType features are helpful extras in a font like ligatures, contextual alternates, stylistic sets, tabular figures, oldstyle figures, small caps, and more.
Can I modify your fonts?
You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on our fonts without our foundry’s prior written consent.
Can I use your free fonts for commercial projects?
Yes, our free fonts are perfect for both personal and commercial projects.
Can I use your free fonts for logos, branding, stationery without any specific license?
You can use our free fonts in logos, branding, stationery, editorial, print, web, etc. All free fonts from Southills Studio come with a Free Fonts EULA.
Can I use your free fonts in editable PDFs?
+ You may embed the free fonts into any document you send to third parties. Such documents may be viewed, printed, and edited by the recipients.
+ You may embed the free fonts into software or hardware products in which the fonts will be used by the purchasers of such products (PDFs, WP templates, e-books, Website templates, Mobile Apps, etc.).
+ You may embed the free fonts into a web page with a @font-face declaration.
+ You are able to generate web-font packages from the font files in a third-party program or generator.
Can I send your free fonts to clients?
It’s best to send your clients a link to the free font on our website to download themselves.
Can I use your free fonts for commercial contents on social media such as Youtube, Facebook and Instagram?
Yes, this is allowed and there is no limit on the lifetime viewers for Commercial use or Non-commercial use.
